No. Connect Four positions can be forced wins or forced losses. The engine seeks the best available play; it does not guarantee a win from every position.

What does “one device” mean?

Your first activation binds the key to a browser fingerprint. Browser updates, profile changes, or display changes can affect it. Contact the seller with your purchase receipt for a reset.
